VAT
The prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT by default. However, as we sell to many large companies as well as individual consumers, we have incorporated the facility for the customer to select to view prices exclusive of VAT. A Full VAT receipt will be sent to the email address you supply at the time of order.

Payment
All of our goods are offered to you on a payment with order basis. We accept most major credit and debit cards, please see bottom of main web pages.

Despatch and Delivery
Orders received by us before 2:00pm will normally be despatched the same day (or next working day). We will deliver your order to any mainland UK address. We use a national distribution company and in most cases you will receive your goods on the next working day, following despatch. We will require an authorised signature when delivering goods to you. Delivery charge £7.50 + VAT per order, on orders less than £50 (excl VAT).

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time until we despatch it. Your order will be packed and despatched in a very short period. If you wish to cancel the order you should do so by e-mail and we will confirm if it has been possible. You may also cancel your order on 505uk within 7 working days of receipt, providing that you do so by e-mail, or by calling us on 01902 721444. In this case it is your responsibility to return the goods at your own expense, though we can assist with the return of goods if required. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Goods are sometimes despatched directly from our suppliers, if there are any isssues then you must contact 505uk Ltd not our supplier. They will not be able to help you, your contract under the sale of goods act is with 505uk Ltd.

14 Day Refund
Once your order has been despatched you may return the goods for a full refund, without giving a reason, provided the goods are in the original packaging and condition and you do so within 14 days of the purchase. In this situation it is your responsibility to return the goods to us. We can assist you in arranging the return of goods if you wish.

12 Month Guarantee
If any of the goods we supply fail to perform satisfactorily due to faulty materials or workmanship you may return them to us for a refund at any time in the first 12 months. All we ask is that you provide an explanation of the problem and details of the purchase. Some of the goods we sell carry longer manufacturers warranties, our guarantee is intended to give you additional piece of mind and not as a substitute for the manufacturers warranty.

Our Mistakes
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that our online catalogue is correct, we have several thousand product lines to maintain and occasionally things go wrong. If goods are offered for sale incorrectly we will always try to honour our offer. There may be rare circumstances where it is not possible for us to do so. In such cases we will contact you and explain the situation, if we are unable to resolve the matter fairly with you we reserve the right to refuse your order and refund any payment you may have made.

Unforeseen Circumstances
Where things like strikes, wars, acts of terrorism or even small things like power cuts interfere in our business with you, we will do our best to keep things going. We shall have no liability to you for any failure which is due to such unforeseen circumstances or any other situation outside our control.

Age Restrictions
Age restrictions apply to the supply of some goods. By ordering these goods you confirm that you are over 18 and that the person receiving the delivery is also over 18.

Liability
Nothing in these Terms of Business is intended to affect your statutory rights or to limit our liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation resulting from our negligence. If there is a problem you may receive a refund or replacement under the terms of our Guarantee. Our liability to you will always be limited to a full refund of the goods purchased. We will not compensate for delivery delays or failures. In these circumstances our liability to you will be limited to a refund of the delivery charges you have paid. Our liability to you specifically excludes compensation for indirect or consequential loss or damage however it arises and except as described above will always be limited to a refund of your payment.

Law
These terms of business will be interpreted and adjudicated under English law.
